A Children’s Ministry Leader is a person who is specifically called to teach children and youth the Christian faith. Children’s leaders play a crucial role in shaping the spiritual foundation of the younger members of the church by teaching them the Word of God and helping them develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Their mission is to create a loving and nurturing environment where children can learn about the Bible, grow in their faith, and feel loved and valuable in the eyes of God.
