A missionary is a person who is specially called to spread the gospel and God’s love to people in different places and cultures. Missionaries play an important role in bringing the good news of Jesus Christ to those who have not heard it, as well as in establishing and supporting new churches. Their mission is to follow Jesus’ command to go into all the world and make disciples of all nations, helping people come to faith and grow in their relationship with God.
