A pastor or church leader is a person who is specifically called to lead and guide the church in its spiritual journey. Pastors play an important role in teaching, preaching, and providing spiritual direction and care to the church. Their mission is to be role models in faith and life, to equip believers for ministry, and to ensure that the church grows both spiritually and numerically. Through their leadership, they help the church remain faithful to God’s word and mission.
