A small group leader is a person who is specifically called to lead and guide a small group of believers within the church. Small group leaders play an important role in creating fellowship, promoting spiritual growth, and encouraging members to support and pray for one another. Their mission is to create a safe and open environment where group members can share their lives, study the Bible together, and grow in their faith. Through their leadership and care, they help to deepen relationships within the church and to strengthen the spiritual lives of individuals.
