A worship leader is a person who is specifically called to lead the church in worship through music and song. Worship leaders play a central role in creating an atmosphere of worship where people can encounter God and express their faith and love for Him. Their mission is to use their musical gifts to inspire and lead the church in worship, and to prepare their hearts to receive the Word of God. Through their leadership and musicianship, they help the church focus on God and deepen their spiritual experience.
