A youth leader is a person who is specifically called to lead, guide, and teach young people in their spiritual journey. Youth leaders play a vital role in helping young people develop a strong and vibrant faith, as well as providing them with tools to navigate life’s challenges with a Christian perspective. Their mission is to create a safe and supportive environment where young people can grow in their faith and relationship with Jesus Christ.
